Wow. lol. does my site suck that bad? I thought I've seen worse crap than this sold here for $60. Maybe not . Kick in some advice here - why no interest in this site at all?
Per lead - but I've not had any leads developed. It's through insureme which has one of the largest insurance affiliate programs out there. I've met the folks from insureme as well and they seemed solid (and met some of their affiliates that are doing 100's of leads/week, and they seemed happy as well). Of course the trick is to get the traffic.
