    Anyone have any idea what the value might be? I know its a pretty good sized industry, so I was surprised the name was not registered.

    Whoops, I made a typo, it should be HealthInsuranceBilling.com.. missed the 'n' in the tile

    my research suggests that there is less than 50 searches a month on google for this long tail term.

    I do not normally like such long domains. I don't think it would be worth much for resale. You could possibly develop it and make it worth more though. It is fairly easy to remember.

    Now if you had one like healthinsurance.com you would be talking big $$$$ imho

    Well in my opinion its only worth something developed, maybe around $1xx.
