mmm.. some people eat 7 almonds every day! they say it's anti-cancer! I believe Almonds and Nuts are super-food. No need for cooling, high level of quality protein and fats.
Nuts for sure, yogurt, greens, alfalfa, kale, etc. Quinoa and brown rice. salmon for imflamation and omega 3's. WATER. Pomegranates and wild blueberries.
Carbs for breakfast will give you enough stamina for the whole day. Eating a high carb breakfast is helpful to a diet in the long term. Loading up on protein and carbohydrates at breakfast may help obese patients with metabolic syndrome stick to a low-calorie, low-carbohydrate diet the rest of the day, researchers found. Such a breakfast was associated with five-fold greater weight loss than was achieved on a low-carb, low-calorie diet alone, reported Daniela Jakubowicz, M.D., of the Hospital de Clinicas in Caracas, Venezuela, at the Endocrine Society meeting here. Rice & wheat based foods are rich in carbohydrates. Bored of eating western foods, try some Indian or Asian foods for a change. Idly and dosa are common carb rich breakfast foods eaten widely across the globe.
I second the carbs in the morning suggestion. My friend is a personal trainer and he recommends that. Decent sized breakfast with carbs, not a large lunch but enough to get you by, then workout before dinner so you are hungry. What you consume is burned up by your metabolism generated from the exercise then you are good. You have no leftover calories then while you are asleep (tip: do not eat 4 hours before bed) some calories will be consumed so you wake up hungry to start the cycle again.
I can't figure out what is healthy and what is not healthy to eat any more. All around are experts and people that will find every single food bad for you. So why bother? I'll eat whatever I feel like eating.
Limit the quantity of food to the minimum required; never over eat. Stay away from oily, salty and high calorie junk diet Take more vegetables and fruits Exercise regularly and keep the body weight within the reasonable limit...
This really makes me laugh! nice joke! haha! I'll try it once... Well, as for me, as much as I want to eat healthy food but usually I end up eating on fastfood because of a daily busy routine
