    Although not much marketing done it ranks in the first page of Bing and Yahoo for "fast weight loss diet".

    I am sure that with a little SEO magic you could turn this website's potential into a gold mine.

    Only some income.

    Last year averaged around $25 a month (adsense + clickbank+text-link-ads)

    BUT: not much done to the site! Some unique articles (around 10-20) and the rest is syndicated content.
    With some quality, very well targeted articles and some wise linking this site can make a lot more.

    Also the theme can be highly improved... just don't have the time... :(
