I prefer general medicine topics, will not post about psychiatric, women/men's health etc. I will not link to product selling sites, alternative medicine, or poor/false info providing sites.

This is organic traffic from real persons interested about the topic in Yahoo answers. Shortly: highly targeted organic traffic.

I write an answer and I put your link as a "source" into it. It is not "adsense" link, but usual link. Link is live, nofollow, but people click on it and come on your site. See an example on the end of my first post.
