    I'm selling a micro health niche site with 4 unique articles.

    Broad match keyword 4,400 monthly/searches
    Exact match keyword 2,900 monthly/searches

    It's already on the 2nd page on google for the main keyword with no promotion.

    Assume not much traffic/revenue since its a new site.

    The domain name is at GoDaddy for an easy push.
