    I am looking for people to trade posts with one of my forums. The details are:

    My Forum - The Health Place
    I am willing to post on (trade with): SEO, Webmaster, and Health Forums (possibly others but PM to see
    Number of posts - 5 per day

    There is no requirement on wether they be replies or new topics but I will ask that you keep replying to Introductions at a minimum (No 5 posts a day of "Welcome")

    Also posts can be short but must have at least a little bit of substance (No "Cool" or "Thanks!" 5 times a day)

    I will do the same with my posts on your forum

    Please post or PM any questions you have.

    You can once and a while although for this trade I am looking for people to interact with my current members mostly. (As I would at your forum)

    Outside of this trade you can of course post Health related articles with live links here

    In addition, there is a General Chat so you don't have to have a lot of Health Knowledge
