    Hi,

    Selling my niche website that is currently earning roughly $100 per month on Adsense.

    Domain is http://cheratussinac.com

    Currently ranks on bing and yahoo for top 3 positions for good keywords, needs more work and content to rank high on google. Once ranked on Google it will be earning $300 to $500 monthly. Currently sitting around pages 8-11 for main keywords on Google.

    I need $ for a new project. Traffic and Revenue proof for serious buyers. Unfortunately, I only used AW stats for tracking .. No GA.
