Selling Health Product Reviews and Articles Website With Great Potential

I want to sell a website that i don't have time to manage. It is a health product reviews and articles. All content is unique and very well written. It is worpdress based customized with a theme that i bought and modified. It has adsense integrated and affiliate products banners. Although I did not made any promotion i get few visitors from google (max 5-10/day) and even made 2 sales = $80 and a couple of bucks from adsense. Also you can notice the very good SEO optimization that the site has. I`ve submitted some articles to ezinearticles and articlebase which link back to the site, but that's all the promotion that this site got.

I worked very hard at this website and i feel sorry that i don't have the time and resources to promote and monetize it.

The potential of this website is enormous and you can see that from it's quality. If you invest your time to promote it the right way this site could turn into a money making machine in no time.

Yes I do and I do keep a track of PR updates.

Unlike alot of people on this forum and on the web, im not PR obessed but you do need to think about page rank in this day and age because 90% of people exchanging links are PR mad and monetising a site you need to think about PR.

 

Well I'm really not interested in PR. If someone wants to buy a website and knows s**t about the industry he won't give a damn about the PR.

I asked you about the PR because if you look at the creation date of the website you`ll see why my website could not get a PR update.

 

Since i wasnt intending to buy your site then why i didnt look at its creation date and your defence of it not having pr was pointless because i wasnt taking you to task on it. I was making a comment that it didnt have pr thats why there were no public bids.

Actually there are reasons to give a s**t about when you are buying a site being that PR is an indication of google friendly a site is in its eyes so by not having an then a would be buyer would have to focus on the site optimisation and also anyone buying your site owuld have to make money from it and having good pr would result in making money through various means.

 

IF you are exchanging links with someone for PR then both of your sites are junk sites. PR for a new small site like this is meaningless. However for a big site that you are claiming gets millions of visitors and you are asking $25,000 it is important becuase there is no legitimate reason a site like that would have a PR of 0 so. So it is a huge indication of a problem of some sort with the site or sellers slaims of the site.

 

Alot of the sites I've seen on the internet aren't asking $25,000 because no one has that kind of money, but I've seen lots of sites asking for hundreds of dollars/ maybe low thousands, if you are getting a million visitors then you wont want to sell up. Most sites are created, kept for a bit then sold under the reason of 'too busy to run it'.

If you have a PR0 links page, and someone relevant has a PR0 links page, some people are unusual and wont link with you unless you have homepage PR. I know why it is and i disagree with it.

Yeah, you're right, because people overrate the importance of the PR. But how to increase your PR from 0 if no one links to you because you have PR 0. The PR can be increased in many ways and there are infinite ways to build backlinks to your site and obiously increase PR

My website has a 0 PR beacuse it's relative new. If someone buys it and make some promotion and build some backlins it will sure have. And that's available for all the new websites.
