Buying Health or technology blogs at least 1 year old | Must be a .COM or .NET domain

I can buy your health or technology blog if it meet following criteria.

1.Must be a .COM or .NET top level domain and you should push the domain to me
2. Domain should NOT contain any numbers or signs such as dashes (eg: health3.com, health-blog.com)
3. Domain name length must be 14 characters or less
4. The blog (not the domain) must be old at least 1 year ( I will check the archives of the blog to verify the blog's age, Although you have only few posts, still I accept it)
5. The blog must be built in WordPress and it should be a self hosted blog
6. The content in the blog must be 100% unique and copyscape passed
7. No auto blogs please
8. No micro niche blogs please
9. Don't send offers for Adsense banned domains/blogs

I buy such blogs which do not have any traffic or revenue. Don't send any spam messages if your blog doesn't meet above conditions.

Budget is up to $45 ( I will not pay even a penny more than this, therefore don't send higher offers than this)

Donot expect such sites at that price?
more than one year old blogs with unique post and good domain name generally sells at it's 10 to 15 months of earning.
