    Valid PR2, 3 years old COM domain in health niche.
    Google Webmaster Tools counts over 112000 backlinks (from sponsored WP template).
    Registered at Name.com, paid till Dec 22, 2011.
    Payment via Paypal. If transferred outside Name.com -- the buyer pays transfer.
    PS. There's currently a website on it -- it's just a placeholder, not for sale (I can keep it till the buyer sets up his own site).
