I think what you refer to is a "food combining" diet Yes, it should be followed by scientific explanation to make us sure to do it everyday. I would like to add more : 1. Exercise regularly ! (No question in it !) 2. Avoid stress whenever possible. Enjoy your life to the fullest. 3. Meet some people. Improve your social life (oh come on guys, you don't intend to stare your PCs and laptops everytime, don't you ?) Thanks for the info anyway !
These are really important tips.. I have some more to add.. You should not drink cold water after your meal... Instead drink coffee. This helps the process of digestion. Cold water will mix with the oil and thereby extends the digestion time. Don't stare your PC or laptop for more than 20 mins continuously.. Stare somewhere else for the next 20 seconds and then continue your work..
