    I got this through mail and want to spread the message.

    Please

    • Answer the phone by LEFT ear
    • Do not drink coffee TWICE a day
    • Do not take pills with COOL water
    • Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm
    • Reduce the amount of TEA you consume
    • Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume
    • Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night
    • Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS
    • Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time
    • Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning
    • Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine & before sleeping
    • When battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times.

    Very unusual mixture of well-known sensible popular health info, plain impossibility (how are you supposed to avoid lying down immediately before sleeping?!) and utter nonsense ("when battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times" - total rubbish).

    Why reduce it since is good? how many cup of tea should we have in a day is health?

      Agreed.
    • Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm
      Doesn't matter when the food is consumed, as long as you don't eat too much a day. It's indeed healthier to eat more in the morning than at night.
    • Reduce the amount of TEA you consume
      Agreed, if you drink any.
    • Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume
      Agreed, if you eat too much of it.
    • Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night
      Why?
    • Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS
      Nonsense.
    • Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time
      I'd say don't put the volume too high (for a certain period).
    • Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning
      It's best to sleep regularly, times do not really matter I think.
    • Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine & before sleeping

      Not dangerous.

    green tea is very good for health, it reduces the cholesterol level, prevent obesity, it's good for digestion after eating and many others benefits...I think he was talking about black tea which contents almost as much caffeine as coffee.
    some tips are true, some of them I guess they aren't or at least I don't have too much information about them:confused:
