well the theme of the word press is awesome and is the content is also very good but i suggest to have some images related to business on the blog it will make it more readable.

I have the same theme as you on my blog. Change your header image so its more personal and don't allow wordpress to auto summarize your posts. do it manually. see my site tech-avenue.net
