    Developed with phpLinkDirectory and my modifications to design.
    Currently 43 categories and 50 active links minus three article pages that I included.
    No revenue to speak of, since it is only a week old.

    You get site and database and domain name with free push to enom. I am not sure on the rules for transferring or pushing a new domain like this, but if you have done this before, you know the process.

    Email templates are already set up. All you need to do is access the admin panel and customize it for your email and preferences.

    I can transfer the files for you, as long as you have a MySQL db. I would also be happy to install a fresh install of phplinkdirectory and this db for the buyer, if interested.
