    Hi,

    Due to lack of time I am selling my website dedicated to colon health and it's most searched procedures. All content is unique, every article is approx. 1k words long.

    Modified premium template and logo. All images were bought on photo stock site. Almost all content is properly interlinked.

    New owner can start promoting website without having risk to go to the Google Sandbox as the site is more than 6 months old.

    I also did some initial SEO. Press release and article submission. Haven't touch the site after that. (I'll provide the SEO reports).

    Site has never been monetized. Traffic is none to low, however it ranks on first page for some low volume keywords.

    In total I've spent about $600 on this site plus my time and I'd be glad to sell it at least for a half of it.

    No doubts that the low price is a good investment in a ready-to-go / be optimized website. Normally, you will spend more on the content if you'll decide to start from a scratch.
