on the top put full banner ads remove box ads at top within the article put box ads in between the post remove the current ads and put half banner finally on the right panel put 160x600 ads vertical ads. thats done.
The ads between the posts can and should be at least 468x60 banners. At the moment, you waste large amount of space next to those ad units.
