I started this directory about 2 years ago.
It has 2066 backlinks according to submitexpress.com/linkpop
and growing
All the pages are indexed as well.
All of the subpages have pr except for a few new categories
I will add all submissions in 12 hours or less.
No adult or illegal sites though please.

 

I don't like monthy subscriptions. If you had reasonably priced annual or permanent rates then I would go for it.

 

I understand, John, some people seem to prefer the yearly links or whatever.
I am considering doing that option on thr directory that I am building now.
