I'm getting out of this market and want to sell this site to the highest bidder.

Prior to last April the site was earning in the hundreds per month. The content on the site was provided by experts in the industry in exchange for the advertisements placed on the site, the new owner will assume responsibility to either work with the content providers to continue that arrangement or create their own content for the site.

Analytics and Adsense screenshots will be made available only to a verified bidder who can place a bid above the reserve, and will not be given to random tire kickers.

so is the arrangement on a monthly basis, or was that a one time deal for the exchange of ad space?

 

Could you please provide traffic proof? And how many visitors do this site generate on daily basis?

 

I listed this site on Flippa a couple weeks ago, but it didn't hit the reserve. So I wanted to give it another shot on DP.

The information on Flippa can be useful because Flippa verifies Adsense revenue and verifies the Analytics as well. Please refer to the Flippa listing for the Adsense information and the Google Analytics information, nothing I could tell you or show you here could be more verified than what you see there.

I bought this site quite a few years ago, and it has been a solid earner. I put zero effort into it, and I think it's time to let it go to someone who'd cultivate the site. I've verified Google Analytics and Adsense for your convenience. No content has been added to the site in years, and it's still showing signs of growth, albeit very slow growth. I just don't really care for the topic, it doesn't fit with my portfolio at all and I have no plans of ever becoming involved in the industry.

It is a topic that can be lucrative. The equipment itself sells for hundreds, or thousands of dollars per unit. It's also of interest to the weight loss industry as well as the fitness industry, and this equipment also is used by athletes. I don't really know much about it beyond that.

There is currently nobody writing for the site, the site runs on an older version of Wordpress. If you would like to bring the site back to live, you should plan on adding content yourself.

As it's a wordpress site, it should be no problem for you to move it to your own host. I'm in no hurry to get it off my server though, but you'll be responsible for moving it and any upgrades you may wish to perform.

I have not used anything other than Adsense to monetize it. There are currently no active sponsors for the site, nor can I refer you to anyone who potentially would sponsor the site. You can easily use Google to find out companies in the industry and which among them may have an interest in sponsoring the site. If I was interested in doing that, I would not be selling the site.
