Healp with quicknews.info virus - Help is appreciated (Get a Green)

Hi All,

on my computer internet explorer is set to quicknews.info as the start page.
This can not be changed.

when I run AdAware and delete the bad files it let me change.
And stay that way until I re-start the machine.

If I re-start the machine it come back (Change my Explorer and locks it)

I am fighting with the at Nasty guy for three days.

Any help is getting rid of this is appreciated.
