Heads up for an IP block..

    Hi,

    My account got locked out today and I hadn't even tried to login, any way, the long and short of it is that I recieved an email saying that the ip address 72.233.34.186 had tried to log into my account, I hit the site up and its basically a forum spam bot. Any way, just as an idea, any chance of it being blocked?

    IP addresses are easy to spoof or change. IP blocks slow down the access to the website and affect all users. The lockout was for 15 minutes? Not too bad surely?
