I am sure this site is not welcome in the coop.

I found it in my logs and they seem to have coop links at the boytom of the page.

They might be displaying ads but they'd never be receiving traffic from others. Yuo can't control who links to you. You can control, and the mods will make sure you won't be linking to those sites.

Well I didnt want to post the link but its the only way to get tech support to see it.

Also they dont allow adult sites or pedophile sites.

It isnt possible to stop people from installing the code on their site- fact is, they dont get any benefit from it.

Interesting, because that site isn't even getting any weight from the co-op (they have no account). So basically they setup the ad network code, but without an account. Weird...

You can probably remove the http://www on the hyperlink so the forum doesn't get labeled as linking to that website.... just a suggestion. That will remove it as a hyperlink

I would like to see something to the effect that certain sites cannot receive any weight. I know that there are going to be some adult sites linking to mine because of the network, but a site like that, I don't want anybody to have the impression that I support. I think that's probably a reasonable rule of thumb for just about everybody in the network. I haven't gone there myself, but it seems to a little too Michael Jackson-ish from the name.

How about this. Any site that Michael Jackson would have a membership to cannot receive receive any weight.

I wonder if it's someone trying to harm the ad network.

I would unlink it but don't see an edit option for my post.

Wonder if they are linking to the coop as some kind of a sabotage? Or bad neighborhood link?

once again- it wouldnt matter if they were a 'bad' link, since incoming links cannot hurt you.
