    You have a good start on your header

    The whole site is difficult to look at. The colors need to be softer.

    Make a stronger headline in the header.

    Use images that show the result of people after using you services.

    You have wasted space in the header also.

    Use the space to convince visitors to stay.

    I hope this helps a bit.
