header needed for my website

    Hi mates
    I need a header for my side instead of the current one
    the size is 784X90

    the work should be finished within 3 days from now

    the site is http://www.favgen.com

    the final should be on Psd format and should be unique work

    the header should contain logo + text
    and some fav icons ,but in professional way.

    I'll pay $5 Paypal ( i know it's not a big amount but it's only a header)
