Header needed ASAP

    I need the header at http://www.katdelunafan.net to be changed to have a picture of Kat Deluna and have the Text read "Kat Deluna Fansite"

    I don't have the PSD, only the JPEG which you can get from the site.

    PM me your offers.

    Prefer it be done tonight.

    I was just looking at the site and the header already has a picture of her on it could you please explain this to me?

    If Job is not done I could do this for 15$ 2 hour turn around
