Header in both Internet Explorer and Firefox

    For some reason my header is showing up differently in both Internet Explorer and Firefox... I want my header to be the same size as my Vbulletin... Just like any Vbulletin forum the forum adjusts to fit the size of the screen... here is a link to my site http://www.loansafe.org/forum/ and here is my css...
