Header Creation

    Hello, i am in need of a header design.
    I created a new web design for my website, and i bought a mascot. But now, i am out of inspiration, and i don`t seem to have any idea on what should my header look like. I need to insert the mascot in it too.

    My budget for the header is about 15$.

    Here are some colors my site has:

    #850035 - Violet
    #a30743 - Lighter Violet
    #000000 - Black
    #FFFFFF - White

    The dimensions should be: 723x166 px

    It should be vector style, because my mascot is vector style. Those who want to take part in the "project", i can provide the jpg for the mascot, once you show me a sketch of the header in this thread.
