Would you please take some moment to upload your both design to another image host? Here tinypic images are not loading correctly. Upload both so I can compare the new corrected one with the old one.

Your this entry is nice. Now you are on track of competition.

For top headline text use another font and lighter color or lighter yellow or any other color combination which u feel better.

Here I added some more cash + sparkles. Moved subtitle too.

 

Here second one is better.

• Add a sparkle on the top left side of "Withdraw". Use Times New Roman font for the main headline.
• For sub headline use full black stroke 1-2 pixel.
