Contest Header and maybe logo update - $30

I am looking for a redesign of the header area here - http://tinyurl.com/ykwyepk - the top of the site all the way to the "find my..." button.

New tabs, maybe a new logo. Would like to keep the black color scheme but I am open to new ideas.

The text can be removed.

A psd would be great.

how would that tabs and search work in flash? I dont think that is the way to go here.

 

Not sure what size to make it so I went with 800x150.

This is excellent. I do have a few changes though.

I would like to remove the paragraph of text so that frees up some space.

I love that little flag/banner you have made, very cool, could we maybe make that bigger and have the tabs beside it?

I would guess you are going to win unless someone does something amazing.

The logo is too weide so I can't move it beside the tabs . But I can move it beside the whole design but it won't look very good. Waiting for your feedback
