Header and logo design $50

    Need a header and logo 1024 wide and either 100 or 120 high want layout similiar to http://www.casinocashgiveaway.com/ NOT the colors, just the layout. I leave the color choices up to you. I want a blank space left to the right so i can put in the banner like on http://www.casinocashgiveaway.com .
