Header and Banner Needed

    I need a Header for my blog and would like a complimenting 468*60 web banner for advertising purposes. It's for the blog that is the first link in my sig. I want something simple but for the 'censored' part to be something nifty like the stamp here.

    Would love a preview of what you have in mind plus prices. I don't want to commit something that I am not going to like in the end.
