Headaches- online time

    Does anyone else suffer from headaches from being online to long and staring at the screen

    The back of my neck really hurts and i keep getting thumping headaches and have to lie down

    You should a) get your eyes checked and b) Get a better chair

    You should take a break and also get screen filter for your eyes and a better chair

    if you have windows or if you can get out for a few minute,
    stare at green areas, it help your eyes and refresh

    Sometimes

    Buit i try to stay very confortable i have a managerial chair and stay relax

    My ayes hurt sometimes but (i where glasses so i don't have the best ayes)

    You should take a break and rest a bit before going on the computer again. Or you can take some Tylenol for pains and headaches.

    I do exercise each day, usually running. I also have a times on windows sidebar that goes off every hour that tells me to walk away from the computer for 5 minutes.

    I know that feeling:( Also it hurts my back really hard...I do have a good chair, but I guess I stay to much at the computer...I try some exercises from time to time and eyes drops ;)

    I do have headaches when I am online too long. I take a break for every hour of pc use so I don't strain myself.

    I found that turning the brightness down on my moniter helps a lot.

    Usually I won't get any headache because I give break between surfing but today something happened and I suffer from severe headache... May be something to do with food? :confused:
