Google has to ensure the Adwords guys remain profitable, so I don't see anything wrong with this. What would be the future of PPC if they didn't take these measures.

I wonder what percentage of clicks for high paying keywords are from MFA sites. I bet its surprisingly high.

Sounds like a pretty good way to figure out where the problems might be. I'd imagine that letting them track your conversions means you agree to let them use the data they collect.

It's one of those cases where something has to be done to correct the problem, the only question is whether or not it's okay to use data some might not have realized they could use that way.

Google makes a killing of MFA's... It's a hard choice for them to make.

I really can't see how Adsense publishers can be up in arms about it. There would be no Adsense if it weren't for Adwords advertisers, and it's not like they are selling data to a different company or anything.

Yeah, it will be a hard decision for G. Google's revenue will go down if they take out all the MFA's

Is arbitrage on content sites even allowed?

But they are smart enough to not chase big $$ now, and see the long term.

Are MFA sites good for AdWords advertisers? It's not really about traffic, it's about conversions.

If MFA sites convert well, Google is in a bind because it isn't good for web surfers, but it's good for advertisers. But she makes it sound like MFA conversion rates are low. If so, it wouldn't be such a hard decision for them to ban those sites.
