    all what I can say about you is: this is when beginner adsense child user think himself that he is the smartest publisher on the web.. but on the other side he even don't know what "publisher" word means at all!

    It is adsense ads and he is premium publisher with the benefit of removing Ads by Google text in his ads. But he has kept the word sponsored link so I don't think its wrong and against TOS. Premium members have so many benefits that we can just dream of.

    Are you sure they are google? The ads reference to yieldmanager which is rightclickmedia, which is a Yahoo! company, or am I not viewing this correctly?
