Yep - the lamestream media has their backs.

How obvious it is that they are just out to take Trump out. If they were really interested in getting to the bottom of corruption and collusion they would be investigating the other side. Which they are not, at all.

Of course, he wants to sell books, so that is part of it. However, he is also trying to cover up the shenanigans that he and his cronies took part in to cover up for Billary and the Clinton Crime Family and all of the other sordid DOJ/FBI activities that went on under the Kenyan's direction. They were sure that Billary would win and cover their tracks for them and now that things are starting to come out (stay tuned for more and more every day) he is trying to deflect and hide the real scandals and corruption that he and others took part in. In some ways, he is running scared while pontificating on his greatness and holiness.

The old quote goes, "The more the dinner guest espoused his honesty and integrity, the more we counted our silverware."

Are we just gonna keep this topic open for all things Trump? Maybe a change in the title would help.

Absolutely not. The lamestream media needs to keep up a bunch of silly narratives like Russia, Stormy, etc., because, otherwise, their core readership (low info voters and nutcake leftists) might start hearing about all of the successes that Trump is having with the economy, illegal immigration, foreign policy, etc. That would not be tolerable to achieving their goals of absolute power and influence. Remember, Trump is the first president in modern history who does not owe his presidency to the lamestream press, the swamp, lobbyists, and/or other wealthy donors. They cannot abide him being successful under any circumstances and have to continually put out Fake news as a distraction.

They did it to Reagan for his entire eight years without any let up whatsoever and you can expect that to be the case with Trump, as well. The difference, of course, is that Reagan did not have Twitter and other outlets to fight back. That is what has the lamestream press throwing off all pretensions of fairness is what they consider to be a fight to the death.

Have you seen the clips of the "comedienne" at the White House Correspondents Awards? Make no mistake: she is not an outlier on the Left. She IS the Left. She attacked another woman (Trump's press secretary, Sanders) in so many disgusting ways and not a peep from the supposed defenders of women simply because Sanders is with Trump, so it is okay to totally demean her publicly at a televised awards banquet. And, if any feminist stood up for her sister, Sanders, that feminist would be shunned by all other feminists for breaking the required orthodoxy (Trump Bad.)

And what about Kanye West? He is viewed as a heretic, out of his mind, a traitor, etc., because all blacks MUST hate Trump. Forget the fact that black unemployment is at its lowest levels in 17 years and the Democrats have never done anything for them, all blacks MUST hate Trump. The Left cannot tolerate debate even within its own ranks so they are all jumping on the "What's wrong with Kanye?" bandwagon.

The Left's totalitarian nature shines through.

LOL, people can decide for themselves whether her comments were fine. Try to pretend to be open minded and think what the response would have been if a nasty conservative comedian had made such comments about Billary or Michelle Obama. The charges of sexism, racism, etc., would be flying. BTW, what in that passage I wrote have anything to do about lying or not telling the truth? Are you saying that the Republicans made this all up and none of those attacks on the conservatives were made at the dinner? Or are you just name-calling to distract from the topic?

He is just the latest, high profile example, How about Ben Carson or Thomas Sowell or any other conservative minority or woman? You can pretend that the lamestream media's bias does not exist but it's obvious to all but the least informed.

You do understand what the function of the WHCD is to roast the President. However, since the president isn't secure enough to be insulted (like every president before him), he sends a woman in his place to be roasted. Not sure what everyone expected.

Oh it does exist, trust me I know. There is not one "news network" that is not biased, unfortunately.

Leftists like you rely on people not remembering what happened just a few years ago. The WHCD was a lovefest for the Kenyan for eight years. They ridiculed his opponents and enemies, for the most part. Facts matter.

This has been the goal of the Swamp (which includes lamestream media, deep state lowlifes, Democrats, and other nutcake leftists) since Trump upset their applecart by denying the Clinton Crime Family its "rightful" place in their corruption. Having a president not beholden to any of them scares them to death and that is why they have been doing anything possible, without regard as to how it might hurt the country, to marginalize and remove Trump from office. That is their goal and it will remain the same throughout Trump's eight years. These folks are NOT interested in what is better for the country or its citizens. They are only interested in their own power and will fight to hold on to it to the death. They have nothing else.

It is not the media fault that the current president is more of a screwups than Obama and has more things to make fun off (grabbing pus**y, making fun of people, acting like a baby, etc..). What do you expect when you elect a showtime president (will not popular vote at least, so the majority of Americans are still thinking right).

Of course, if you listen to the lamestream media, the Kenyan was a god and Trump is bumbling, corrupt idiot. Now, don't let the facts of the economy, unemployment, the stock market, end of ISIS, etc., etc., get in the way of their narrative about Trump. And especially don't bring up up the Kenyan's eight years of complete failures, lies, politically weaponizing the IRS, FBI, etc. The real facts will just confuse the low information voters, anyway. They are better off in their fantasy worlds screaming in losers' frustration at the sky (remember that a while back?)

No one would say that Obama was a God or the best president. At least not the majority. You will always find people who glorify a president because they like them regardless, but those are the offshoots and shouldn't be referred to imo.

On a personal/character level, if you say that Trump is better than Obama then you are one of those blind people who would not see what is right in front of them. The only issue I ever seen with Obama that people spoke of that he got high in his young days. Compare that with bankruptcies, disrespect to woman, disabled, etc.. I mean the list goes on an on for Trump.

On a professional level, I would say Trump is doing much better thank Obama did (if it wasn't for his Palestine/Israel screw-up), it would have been close to perfect.

Your facts. The war against ISIS was being won (as a Muslim I tend to follow Middle East news) before Obama even took charge. As a matter of fact, the collation already got more than 60% by the time Trump came in and were advancing every month at a rate of 5%. If anything the advancement has been slowed down drastically since Trump took office down. It just started to build again 2 weeks ago. https://isis.liveuamap.com/

The unemployment? I mean really, the number speak for themselves. Obama took office from 2009-2017 in a recession, he entered in a very high unemployment rate and got it down considerable, agree with it or not Trump (2017 ->) was just carrying off Obama's continuing unemployment decline (facts speak for themselves). When Trump came into office the country was doing much better than 2009, but no one is taking that into consideration. https://www.bls.gov/web/empsit/cpseea01.htm

    2009 - 9.3%
    2010 - 9.6%
    2011 - 8.9%
    2012 - 8.1%

    2013 - 7.4%
    2014 - 6.2%
    2015 - 5.3%
    2016 - 4.9%

    2017 - 4.4%
    2018 - 4.1%

You can clearly see how well Obama did in his first term it went down by 1.2% and 4.4% overall. I would say we have this discussion again after 2 years or 6, if he wins again and compare the numbers.

Oh, ok, I see you are one of those conspiracy theorists who believe Obama was a Muslim Kenyan.... Sad, I thought that when Trump gave that up that you would. Guess you are not as smart as he is (and that says enough).

What a bizarre statement. . On a personal level? Do you know Obama personally?

After hearing the way in which Obama conducted himself during the election - what does that say about his "character"? Or does it not matter to you, like it doesn't to the millions of his fanboys? Or are you blind to it, think it never happened or that he did not know anything?

What is ridiculous and pathetic about these "personal/character" level discussions about these politicians is the second that you bring up Bill / Hillary Clinton most libs will jump up and say let's not compare past administrations.

The fact of the matter is Trump cares more about this country than Obama could ever imagine. Trump has done great things and will continue to do so. And, if you did not have baby (sore loser) democrats more interested in destroying the President perhaps he could get even more done.

It is the results while in office that matter to me. Personal background, so-called morality, etc., are not important faced with the consequences of good presidential decisions versus bad presidential decisions. That is what matters to me.

Unemployment rates, looked at by themselves, can be very deceptive. Things like labor force participation rates, real job creation, and more must be included when looking at the true unemployment picture. Putting things in perspective, the Kenyan had the slowest, most anemic recovery of any modern economic downturn in the U.S. Throughout the lousy recovery, businesspeople and others openly complained about the growth in regulations, government intrusion into business, and the Kenyan's open animosity to business ("You didn't build that company.") What we have all seen is that with the anti-business government thugs reined in by Trump, things are really rolling along. The brakes are off.

The name-calling begins when arguments run out. Where did you see me commenting on the Kenyan's religion? Please point out the text that I wrote about that.

I call the Chicago thug a Kenyan because I still cannot fathom why he and his campaign spent $4 million in legal fees in California (and other places) where his place on the ballot was challenged based on his questionable citizenship? Why did he wait for years into his presidency to finally produce that "birth certificate" that supposedly settled the issue? Why would you waste $4+ million on legal fees when the proceedings could have all been stopped with this document and that money could have been used for political activities to enhance his or others' elections. One guess is that the "birth certificate" would not have withstood legal expert scrutiny, so he could not produce this forgery as evidence in court. He could only release it to the public and then instruct the lamestream media to declare the argument won and move on to other things. Too late now, of course, but I suspect that historians will be all over this in a few generations.
