been playing around with some HDR and the sunsets I took on vacation. They turned out a nice cluster of visitors from , not so many from though...maybe I need better pics :-P someone already asked me for a copy of the 1st one w/o watermark for their desktop WP...I'm going to try to post that soon for him and anyone else who'd want it.
thanks you know of the 55,939 images I have on my HDD ATM, only a handful of them are sunsets I have some more from this series to post but they aren't quite like #1 I'll dig around though and see what I can find
sunrise, I actually took some on a plane last weekend, haven't even got them off the CFC card yet...should be pretty sweet though
Thanks! I want to do a lot more HDR's and hopefully I'll choose a better scene next time :-P the last 3 from the block of 7 S/U has brought me about 333 visitors thus far though...neat
Tim, I REALLY wanna be like you !! You are my wannabe, Since I'm obsessed with Photography (Still don't have a camera , I use Mobile Phone, 5MP, Carl Zeiss) These aren't Photoshopped , They are WONDERFUL if they are not, Man, Look at these Clouds ~!
get in line Carl Zeiss is nothing to sneeze at even if it's a CP....be a good boy for once and maybe Santa will get you a DSLR for Cmas ooops, almost forgot the prologue about these. These have been massaged in PS....there is no other way to do an HDR image. Here are all the originals as you can see, I'd be out of luck just using the original files in and of themselves; that's the beauty of an HDR image.
got some more from this set...my blog got 3.5 more vies than this thread did. that kind of surprised me :-p
How do you do them HDR? Do you use something else besides Photoshop? If not, what effects do you use to achieve HDR only inside Photosop?
PS is a tough route. It has a 'merge to HDR' function but then you must 'tone curve' by hand. Adjusting the curve is quite difficult, that is unless you are a curves master. I use Photomatix which does everything by hand and then has sliders for the tone curve part. Lightzone is another program that does that sort of thing.
