HDFC Netsafe VCC can be used as paypal fund source ?

Can i use HDFC Netsafe VCC to fund my paypal for purchasing an item from a US seller on eBay ?

Will it work ?

There are 2 ways , funding your paypal account with a virtual card as a source of fund or directly using the virtual card which is processed via paypal .

Plz reply if using HDFC Netsafe VCC will work either way on ebay.com ?

 

Yes, it will work with PayPal but there is always a risk when using a VCC.

I read on this forum that paypal isn't accepting HDFC netsafe cards nymore . Is that true ?

And can we get a refund on netsafe VCC ??

Risk like if your paypal gets limited and they ask for card statement, you won't be able to provide as its a virtual card.

And no, you have read wrong. Its still working and you can even get refunds.

Yes, you get refund on that too. And its better to use it directly without paypal.
