HDFC Netsafe transaction failed

    I tried to buy on ebay and used my HDFC netsafe card (through paypal), but for some reason the transaction failed and I cudnt pay the seller. This happened on 7th April, 2010 and on the very day i had created the card.
    Now on 15th April, the card status is still "in use" and charged amount is Rs. 0.
    The money hasnt been reversed as it was to after 3 working days.
    Please help if someone has gone through a similar situation

    I have the same problem my 5K INR stuck with this as it shows In use under status field but money is not deposited back to my account yet. Please if any one can help it will be appreciated,.

    The unused amount takes time to get deposited back into your original bank account. There is no reason to worry about it.

    In addition, PayPal sometimes asks to verify the card even while payment, which causes the only transaction possible on the card to be PayPal cerification $1.95. Don't verify the card when trying to pay any invoice through it.
