    dont worry...
    It will take 30 days to get refund to ur bank account...if not used at all....
    By the way of what amount u created ur Vcc..

    See to verify PP you need to create VCC through HDFC debit card...
    And vcc can br created using any type of card if u have on-line banking account...

    My friend has hdfc gold debit card(master card )and after generating netsafe card, got master itself and paypal asked to contact branch(card does not support)

    while registering to netsafe he might have entered some wrong info.
    please cross check that and renter it.
    The name should be same as on the card.
