My server load so high and I check SMART HDD (WDC WD1001FALS-00E3A0)
Reallocated_Sector_Ct THRESH = 140 is normal ?
Should I replace new HDD ?

I tend to prefer the manufacturer testing utility to have response, you should download it from the support page, but even do a backup in your case ...
