We have no issue with blogs or anything talking about them. We have an issue with actual proxy's which are abusive for servers.

The order you placed the invoice was sitting unpaid so we had not processed it. For whatever reason your payment did not bounce back to our system. I'm not sure if you manually sent funds or paypal messed up but that's the reason your account was not setup in under an hour. In the future if you have any issues it's always best to use our official means of sales/billing/support to get a much faster response as I do not browse this forum 24/7 and I do not have any of our staff visit it often either. As for more IP's you would need a reseller account.
Those would be recurring so for the life time of the account. Our servers have handled short amounts of digg traffic in the past. This server hasn't yet, however it is a new one so I imagine it would be the best at it.
