Do you guys own the servers or are you reselling hosting? edit: btw, your test download file isn't working, maybe you deleted it by accident?
I'll dare to say that they rent servers from SoftLayer and host our accounts there. Very nice host, been with them for 6 months and no problems at all. PERFECT!
We do not own our servers, however we do rent them from a reputable provider and have our area setup with them to be to the sort of specification we would have if we owned the servers. We absolutely do not have reseller accounts with other hosts or anything like that. Our network is setup in such a way that we can quickly move sites to other servers with 0 down time or even a user noticing as all our ip's are routed to our VLAN and not specific servers.
