Having trouble with Time Stamp

    I posted the timestamp as today at 20:00 or 8:00 PM. It is now 8:12 PM EST. What's wrong? Is there something you have to do to get the timestamp to work?

    what is your server time? thus it tally to your local time? I mean, your server might be located on another time location and you expect at your own local time.
