having trouble to mention the url of my blog in the sourcebox

    Yahoo Answers does not allow people to do any kind of promotion or advertising. That may be the issue.

    Let's set aside advertising. What do you think is the best way to use sourcebox? I mean in a proper way?

    What do you mean "sourcebox" is not clear to me. I think you want to advertise or promote your site using yahoo but yahoo answer does not permit you to advertise your site. If you want to put a click able link of your blog site into the source box, your account must need to reach level 2 also have to maintain their community guidelines otherwise have to possibility to terminate your account without any notification.
