Hi, So I have recently changed my twitter password, I didnt use it for awhile and when I tried to sign in I forgot my password, I tried to let them send me a reset link but when I type in my email it keeps saying 'sorry we are unable to send a password reset link to this email.' ,, When I type in my twitter name it says that a reset link has been sent but I dont get anything in my mail, I thought my twitter might be connected to my old email, but that old email is so old that I dont know its password, I tried getting it back from hotmail.com but they send a reset link to an email that they show as 'fi****@hotmail.com', I never had an email like this. I might have reached to a blocked end? Any help?
I am afraid so. There is probably no other way to gain access to your Twitter account unless you are a verified user or you can prove that the account is actually yours.
-Did you check you junk or spam in your email? Sometime it's there. -Did you enter your e-mail correctly? - If the email is not arriving maybe you can get a support ticket from twitter website. - If you have tried everything but still nothing happen, the best solution is to email the contact support. I'm sorry, that sounds pretty rough. The only thing I can thing of would be to contact Twitter and get some help there. I really hope you get it worked out, good luck! Keep your head up.
