I registered my domain with freeparking.co.uk and it is up for renewal soon. The trouble is I forgot my log-in details and I can't retrieve them as the email address I set them up in is no longer active. I have sent a support ticket in...No reply...I have emailed them....No reply...There is also no phone number just a fax number which I will try when I find a fax machine, fingers crossed they reply. Can anyone tell me what I can do to sort this out, I am pretty new to building sites and all that goes with it so any help will be greatly appreciated. Any advice at all would be good, I have found a company called www.nominet.org.uk that seem to hold U.K domains, should I get in touch with these? Thanks Paul
How long have you been waiting for their reply back to your email? Like was it 2 hours or 24 hours? And you can do a whois on the registar. They usually provide a tech # or something in the whois. There you can work your way up.
