Having Trouble for Getting AdSense PIN in U.A.E (Help Please)

Interesting, but why did you not immediately contact Google (or at least with support or at least with someone)?

I requested my PIN three times already, I didn't know bout the address issue, first add my home address, then I moved and changed the address to the new home address, then i knew they don't send to home address here in UAE. So I put the nearest post office address, and after calling 3 times, just today they told me, we cant receive from google unless you have a personal box! The problem, is I'm almost near the deadline 2 weeks from today). and the personal box costs 300aed per year! and they don't send t someone's else PO box too! what to do?

Make sure to provide your street address with the building name and flat number correctly.
If you haven't received the PIN after about 3 weeks, consider requesting a replacement. It's important that your address details match the country/territory you selected during AdSense sign-up to ensure a valid payments address. Avoid using an address from a different country/territory, and verify with your local mail service provider or post office to prevent mail redirection.
To request a replacement PIN, log in to your AdSense account, navigate to Payments, then Verification check, and click Resend PIN. Google will mail the replacement PIN to your payments address.
You have 4 months from the date your original PIN is generated to complete address verification, failing which Google will stop showing ads on your pages. If you're having trouble receiving the PIN, consider using a friend's P.O. Box, provided it can receive standard mail. Remember, entering the PIN incorrectly 3 times will result in your account no longer displaying ads.

Aoa. I have a problem my dad has an Yotube Account named Dr. Abdul Halim Saiid it has passed the requirements etc for all the things the thing left it Google Adsense Pin verification.
We have tried multiple times I think it's the last now , tried trouble shooting and Replacing the pin etc. It's been months but no luck. Any one who can help may Allah bless you !
