Having trouble adding funds to namecheap from paypal [Need help]

I have a domain registered in namecheap and its expiring soon. Thats why I am trying to add funds to my namechap funds from paypal, but paypal showing me an error.

I don't have cc but my paypal is verified using bank account, previously even I added money to namechap funds with unverified paypal. Dunno why paypal won't let me add funds without linking a cc. Need help please, my domain is expiring soon.

paypal was stop india user to send money with the balance

 

Indians as per new paypal rule cant sent funds to others from thier paypal balance they need a credit card to make payments

 

Now what i can do? Give me some alternatives, my domain expiring soon I have to renew it.

 

get a credit card or ask some friend from other country to make the payment

 

Can anyone help me adding fund to my namecheap fund? Ready to pay extra.

 

Add VCC to ur paypal and pay ur hosting...Thatz the only way u have.
