Having to Type In Password More Often for Adsense?

Discussion in 'Reporting & Stats' started by Suziclue, Oct 7, 2009.

Anyone notice the last couple of days that Adsense requires you to type in your password more often? Like if you go away for a few hours and come back. It's asking for a password..etc? Or is it just me.

I am curious about this, not because of adsense but because of facebook. I am a bit worried it may be a trojan trying to get passwords that I normally don't have to type in everyday.

Yeah I've noticed this as well. Normally it only asks me if Firefox closes. I can have the same Firefox window open for a week and be able to sign in every time without it asking me to sign in. But now, yeah a couple hours later I need to tell it to sign in :|.

Which I guess is better for security but ooh it's annoying compared to what I'm used to doing. That said, Amazon asked me every couple of pages to log in :| when i used it the other day.

now that you mentioned it, happening to me starting today. I thought it was because I was logging on to other sites with different passwords and have to reauthenticate.

It really sucks to have to type a password in for Gmail and then type one in for ADSENSE and then ADWORDS!! Freaking sucks, use to just be able to type it once and not have to do it again for weeks for any of the three.

    What's up Google. what's up!!

Apparently they are working on a fix ... now they have a click to sign in link. And if you click "what's this" it tells you they are working on it.

I have no problem while logging into my adsense account. It is fine. Could it be due to country specific servers?

    Yes, I too noticed it.
