    Account was suspended and asked for ID so I sent the relevant documents over (passport driving licence utility bill) even though this is what they asked me to send im still getting a reply saying I havnt sent valid ID. What the hell is going on??
    Iv even sent copies of my credit card, letters etc.
    im getting no where. Please help.....
